Hey Gang! I joined Kaleva because I love my heritage and our culture. Plus our Hall is gorgeous and I have been fortunate enough to have some events there.
The Ancestors came from Vähäkyrö Finland around the turn of the Century. Near Vaasa.
I have had the honor to visit there 3 times with my career in entertainment.
Been studying Finnish since 2014 back in High School. It has come in handy often in my travels performing at Nordic Events all over North America.
I have been tasked with the monumental challenge of making a functioning website/monthly Newsletter for our Kaleva Organization.
It will get better every month. With lots to look forward to. Pray for me.
